Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident in what you order from Solo Efectivo.
30-Day Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition.
Starting a Return
Email soloefectivo@gmail.com before sending a return. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide the next steps and return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or card processing times can vary after a refund is issued.
Return Shipping
